This development comprises four uniquely designed 2-storey luxury apartments with basements, each featuring a suspended swimming pool at the first-floor level and a 6-bedroom layout with boys’ quarters. The project reflects a blend of architectural distinction and advanced structural engineering.

Our scope covered the structural design and on-site consultancy, ensuring full compliance with design specifications and engineering standards throughout execution. Key structural elements, including formwork, slabs, and beam systems, were meticulously implemented to align with the approved design, with particular attention given to the suspended pool structure.
