The Villa luminosa Project is a super luxury residential development comprising 6 units of 5-bedroom duplexes, carefully planned across two floors to deliver elevated modern living.

Engaged as the structural design and consultancy lead, our role focused on developing a robust and efficient structural system that supports both the architectural vision and long-term performance of the development.

A standout feature of this project is the suspended swimming pool located on the second floor, an advanced structural element that required precise load analysis and detailing to ensure safety, durability, and seamless integration into the building framework.
