Project Description

Mabuchi Twin Villa is a residential development comprising two blocks of semi-detached 4bedroom duplexes, each carefully planned to deliver comfortable and functional family living.

The development includes boys’ quarters and is designed across two suspended floors, requiring a well-coordinated structural system to support its layout and spatial efficiency. Engaged as the structural design consultant, our role focused on developing a robust and efficient framework to accommodate key architectural features, including the double-volume living area and contemporary steel staircase. Particular attention was given to load distribution, stability, and constructability to ensure seamless integration of these elements.

Through a detail-driven design approach, we delivered a structural solution that supports both the architectural vision and long-term performance of the development, reinforcing our commitment to precision and excellence in residential structural design.
